1. Who we are
NO LIMIT STUDIO is an independent AI creative production house in London, together with its labels Nytefall Music, Event Art London, A.M.L. and its original series including The London Heist ("NO LIMIT STUDIO", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about anything in this notice at nolimitstudio.london@gmail.com.
2. What this notice covers
This notice explains how we handle personal data when you visit nolimitstudio.co.uk, contact us, leave a review, apply to collaborate or be featured, send an enquiry about our series, sign up for updates, or work with us on a project. It is written to meet the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
3. What we collect
- Contact and project enquiries: name, email, phone number (optional), what you need, event date or deadline, budget range and your message.
- Get Featured and Work With Us applications: name, email, social media handles or profile links, city and country, the type of creator you are, links to your work, any photos of your face you choose to upload, your confirmation that you are 18 or over, and your Talent Agreement acceptance, version, typed signature and the date and time you signed.
- Series enquiries (castings, brands and fashion): contact name, brand or label name, email, location, website or Instagram, product category and your proposal.
- Reviews: the name and review text you submit, and your rating.
- Email updates: your email address if you ask to be notified.
- Technical data: basic information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, used to run, secure and improve the website.
4. Photos, face and likeness
Photos of your face and your likeness are personal data and may be treated as biometric-type information when used to create AI-generated content. We take extra care with them:
- We use them only to review your application and to create the specific videos you have approved under the Talent Agreement.
- We do not use them to train AI models, to build a reusable digital version of you, or for any other project without asking you first.
- We never use them for adult, pornographic, defamatory or misleading content.
- Uploaded photos are kept in private storage. They are not public and are viewed only by NO LIMIT STUDIO.
5. Why we use your data and our lawful basis
- To reply to you and quote for work — steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.
- To deliver projects and pay featured talent — performance of a contract (including the Talent Agreement).
- To create and publish videos featuring you — your explicit consent, given through the Talent Agreement and your approval of each concept and final cut.
- To publish reviews — your consent when you submit a review. Reviews are moderated before they appear.
- To send updates you asked for — your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep records, prevent fraud and misuse, and protect our legal rights — our legitimate interests and compliance with legal obligations (for example tax and accounting records).
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the website and studio, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- website hosting, database and secure file storage providers;
- email delivery providers, used to send form submissions to our inbox and to reply to you;
- AI and creative software tools used to produce approved videos;
- social platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, only when publishing content you have approved;
- professional advisers, payment providers, or authorities where required by law or to protect our rights.
If we work with a brand on a campaign featuring you, any sharing with that brand is agreed with you separately first.
7. International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement / UK Addendum to standard contractual clauses.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't go ahead: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Applications that are not taken forward, and unused photos: up to 12 months, or sooner if you ask.
- Signed Talent Agreements and project records: for as long as the content is in use and for up to 6 years afterwards, to meet legal and tax obligations and to defend any claims.
- Published reviews: until you ask us to remove them.
- Email update lists: until you unsubscribe.
9. How we protect it
We use encrypted connections, private access-controlled storage and restricted admin access to protect your data. Only NO LIMIT STUDIO can view applications and uploaded photos. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affecting your rights ever occurs we will notify you and the Information Commissioner's Office where the law requires.
10. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
To use any of these rights, email nolimitstudio.london@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done lawfully before you withdrew it. Where you have already approved and been paid for a published video, removal is handled as set out in the Talent Agreement, and we may keep the records we need to meet legal obligations or defend legal claims.
11. Age
Our services and applications are only for people aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we delete it if we find we have.
12. Cookies
We only use cookies and similar storage that are needed for the website to work and stay secure, such as keeping the admin login active. We do not use advertising cookies.
13. Other websites
Our website links to other sites such as Instagram. We are not responsible for how those sites handle your data, so please read their privacy policies.
14. Complaints
If you have a concern, please contact us first at nolimitstudio.london@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
15. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
