1. Who this is between

This agreement is between NO LIMIT STUDIO ("we", "us") and you, the person applying ("you").

2. What you're agreeing to

You give us permission to use your face, likeness and the photos you send us to create AI-made videos featuring you. We will use them only for fashion, music videos, entertainment, and wedding and events videos. Brand campaigns are agreed separately for each campaign (see section 5).

3. You approve everything first

Nothing is made until you've agreed the concept and the storyboard. We'll show you the final cut before it's published, and we won't publish anything you haven't approved. You can say no at any stage before publication.

4. How long we can use it

We can use each finished video for [DURATION, e.g. 12 months] from the day it's published. After that, we won't re-post it or use it in new promotion.

5. Payment

You'll be paid between £80 and £200 per video, agreed with you before we make it. Brand campaigns are discussed and agreed separately, including the pay, before anything is made. We pay 7 to 14 days after your video is published.

6. Credit

Your video goes live as a collaboration post. You'll be tagged and mentioned in the captions.

7. Your likeness stays yours

We'll use your face and likeness only for the videos you've approved. We won't use them to train an AI model or to create a reusable digital version of you, and we won't use them for any other project without asking you first.

8. What we won't make

We prohibit adult and pornographic content. We won't create it and we won't feature you in it. We also won't make anything that puts you in a false or damaging light.

9. Your details

We use your details and photos only to review your application and make the videos you've agreed to. You can ask us to delete your application details and any unused photos at any time by emailing nolimitstudio.london@gmail.com. See our Privacy Notice for more.

10. Taking a video down

If you want a published video removed, email nolimitstudio.london@gmail.com. We'll reply within [X] days.

11. What you confirm

You are 18 or over. The photos you send are of you and you're free to share them. The details you give are true.

12. How we work together

Each video is a one-off collaboration, not employment. This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
